About Susan Veerman

“Painting is my passion.  I experiment with color and texture.  The painting is usually unplanned and I let the passion of the moment lead me.  I adore using the pallet knife and experiment with different textures and artisan papers to create the finished product.  I feel that I am continually evolving as an artist and look forward to where the painting leads me.  I express emotion in my art with bold, powerful strokes and a lot of paint.”
